The Spiritual Believer and Being a Doer of the Word

Co-Editor in Chief Cathy Ferguson

Dear Believers in Jesus the Christ,

The Holy Spirit is guiding me to reveal to the spiritual believers about being a Doer of HIS Holy Word. Spiritual believers must make each day count for the Kingdom of Abba Father Yahweh. Dwight Lyman Moody was an American evangelist and publisher who founded the Moody Church, Northfield School and Mount Hermon School in Massachusetts (now the Northfield Mount Hermon School), the Moody Bible Institute and Moody Publishers. Dwight L. Moody one day had reflected and realized that he had not witness to anyone that day. It was a late raining evening in England and he popped his head out the door and did not see anyone on the rainy dark streets. Evangelist Moody was just about to give up when a man appeared walking down the street with an umbrella. Evangelist Moody walk into the street towards the stranger and asked him if he could share his umbrella. The stranger did and as they shared the umbrella walking down the street Evangelist Moody gave witness on behalf of his Savior and Lord Jesus the Christ. Dwight Lyman Moody was a doer of the Word.

In many cases being a doer of the word is what separates a spiritual believer from a carnal believer. Jesus says over and over again that if you love Him you will obey Him and His teaching. You can not obey unless you are a doer of Abba Father Yahweh's Holy Word. The Holy Spirit looks to and fro for someone He can use. We spiritual believers know the story of the master giving his servants talents according to their abilities. The master gave 5 talents to one man, 2 talents to one man, and 1 talent to one man. What is really interesting about the story is that the man with 5 talents immediately put the 5 talents to work. The man who receive the 2 talents also put the two talents to work, but the man who receive the one talent did nothing with his talent. The men who received the 5 and 2 talents were doers and they immediately double what the master had given them. We all know that the 5 and 2 talents men both received great rewards and the man who was not a doer had his 1 talent taken away from him. He was called a wicked and lazy servant and was beaten and casted into outer darkness where there was weeping and gnashing of teeth. Abba Father Yahweh expects HIS servants to be doers of the Word.

I always surround myself with godly elderly women. Yvonne Crook was one of those women in my life. Yvonne was a graduate of the Moody Bible Institute. Yvonne went on to become a missionary in Africa and the governess to the king's children in the nation she visited. Yvonne in her later years came back to the United States and established a soup kitchen in San Francisco. Yvonne spent many hours, days, weeks, and years nurturing and grooming me to become the servant of the living God Abba Father Yahweh. Yvonne Crook was a doer of the Word. Abba Father Yahweh has given us all talents and we will be asked to give an accounting for what we did with HIS talents.

Spiritual believer strive to always be a doer of Abba Father Yahweh's Holy Word.

The Spiritual Believer and Never Giving Up

Thank you brothers and sisters in Christ for your prayers. I fasted this morning as part of my first fruits walk. I had a helping of the Words of Lord Jesus the Christ and the Words of Abba Father Yahweh. I praised and worshipped Abba Father Yahweh, the Lord Jesus, and the Lord Holy Spirit. I ate and drank to the Glory of Abba Father Yahweh. I gave Abba Father Yahweh all the Praise and all the Glory for this victory in my life. All spiritual believers please keep me up in prayer in this area.

Stay tune for more.

Your Sister in Christ Jesus,

Dr. Edith G. Davis
