Dear Believers In Jesus the Christ,
Spiritual believers, the Holy Spirit would like for you to Count the Cost for all things., The cost for disobedience is always higher than what you expected to pay. ,The sweet pleasures of sin only last for a brief season, but the cost for that sin can last for an eternity. satan would always like for us to not count the cost. satan wants us to give into our flesh, our needs, our wants and our desires without counting the true cost.
Spiritual believers, I love old movies so I watched an old movie called Carrie made in the 1950's. Carrie stared Sir Laurence Olivier and Jennifer Jones. In the movie Sir Laurence Olivier gave up his position, wife, children, security all for the love of a young woman Jennifer Jones. Ms. Jones was too young to truly understand the price Sir Olivier paid for his love for her. In the end she left him and he became destitute, homeless, and died in poverty and squalor. Sir Olivier counted the cost and was willing to pay the heavy price for his love for Ms. Jones. Ms. Jones later in life when she was more mature understood the price he paid and tried to help him, but his love for her would not let her pay the price he paid. He made sure that Ms. Jones would never find him.
Spiritual believers, satan would like for us to make bad choices like these. satan would like for our lives to be ruined. satan does not want our lights to shine, nor our lives to be a testimony to the Glory of Abba Father Yahweh. satan does not want us to be the salt of this earth. satan wants to kill, steal, and destroy us. satan is our enemy and he hates us.
Spiritual believers, count the cost before fulfilling your desire to sin. Abba Father Yahweh will always have a way of escape for you.
